IRS Return Preparer Office to be led by Carol Campbell

The Internal Revenue Service announced today that David Williams will be leaving as head of the Return Preparer Office at the end of August.  His replacement is Carol Campbell, previously Deputy Chief of Staff for Commissioner Shulman.  The Return Preparer Office is responsible for the implementation of the IRS Competency Exam for Registered Tax Return Preparers.  The NARTRP is following this management change and will pass pertinent information to our members as it becomes available.
